How To Reset A Gamecube Controller?
How to reset a Gamecube Controller can be easy as long as you know what you are doing. The first thing that you will want to do is disconnect the power from your Gamecube. Now, take out the two screws that are holding down the bottom part of the game. Once you have done this, you can remove the plastic protective coating and push it off. Ensure that you note where the screws are located so that you know which screws to remove to get to them later on.
Once you have taken that out, you will need to remove the two plastic connectors on the Gamecube’s back. These will be labeled with “game resetting,” making sure that you know what they are. Now, insert one of your hands into the holes and push down on both sides of the connectors to release the buttons. The next thing you will want to do is insert your other hand underneath the Gamecube to support it while you remove the first one. This is done so that the Gamecube will be more stable and will not fly away while removing the next one.
Once that is done, you will notice an oval-shaped button on the top left corner of your Gamecube. This is the reset button. You should already know how to reset a Gamecube controller because you saw it right before taking it out of the package. Once you have used the Gamecube for a period of time, you can always reset it if you have the time.
